Discover the flavours of Liguria with this hands-on culinary experience, led by a world champion of traditional mortar-made pesto.

You’ll enjoy:

• A live pesto-making demonstration using traditional mortars and pestles

• A tasting of freshly made pesto served with Ligurian focaccia, cheese focaccia, or handmade chestnut flour trofie

• A bottle of local Ligurian white wine per 4 guests (additional bottles available at €20 each)

We’ll set up rotating stations for larger groups, so everyone can take part comfortably and enjoyably.
